The forms process your name, contact details, enquiry and, where provided, vehicle information, services and preferred dates. The web host sends parts enquiries to magazijn@kda-trucks.be and appointment requests and other enquiries to planning@kda-trucks.be. Warehouse and planning handle the enquiry and contact you themselves. You see an on-screen confirmation without an automatic confirmation email. The website does not make a final appointment.

The server temporarily keeps technical data to prevent abuse and duplicate sending, without names, email addresses or message text. These are removed within 24 hours. Enquiry details are handled by email. Closed enquiries without an order or service are retained for twelve months after closure.

Warehouse and planning handle enquiries. Website contacts reach KDA. If a new-vehicle enquiry needs to be passed to the salesperson at MAN Truck & Bus NV, we discuss this with you.

Unix-Solutions BV hosts the website; Microsoft 365 handles email. Hosting may keep technical access and error logs (IP address, time and requested address) to operate and secure the site. Retention depends on hosting settings and the need to diagnose faults and investigate incidents; contact us for the current settings.

Closed enquiries that do not result in an order or service are retained for twelve months after closure. Applicable retention periods for services and statutory records also apply.

Processing is based on preparing or performing a contract, applicable legal obligations and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and securing the website. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

The enquiry list stores only selected part numbers, quantities and public part details locally in your browser. Your name, email address, phone number and message are not saved in this browser storage. The list remains available on a later visit; you can remove items. After successful sending, the list is cleared.

Google Maps loads automatically on the contact page with your permission. Without permission, you can load the map once using the button without changing your saved preference. Loading the map shares data including your IP address with Google, which may set cookies. Your choice is stored locally in this browser for up to 180 days under kda.cookie-consent.v2. You can change it in the cookie pop-up or through Cookies & preferences in the footer. Withdrawing permission removes an open map; this does not delete data already received or cookies already set by Google. Google privacy policy

After a successful parts enquiry, we temporarily store its reference and timestamp in this browser tab to display the confirmation. The confirmation is available for 30 minutes. Your name, email address, phone number and message are not stored for this purpose.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 for visitor statistics and to measure results from our Google advertisements. Google receives technical visit data, including your IP address, and may set cookies (_ga and _ga_…) with a maximum lifetime we set to 180 days. We do not send form contents or enquiry references. Only a parts enquiry confirmed by the website triggers generate_lead; refreshing the confirmation does not send the same enquiry again. Ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. You can reject or withdraw consent through Cookies & preferences in the footer. Measurement then stops and we remove first-party Google measurement cookies recognised by this integration; this does not remove data already received. Google may process data outside the EEA.
